Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 2 days of delivery or purchase.
  • It must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (including tags, box, and receipt).
  • Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
    • Wrong size delivered
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Factory defect or damage (not caused by misuse)

Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal dislike after use.

 

Refunds

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds.We appreciate your support and understanding.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges based on stock availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact us  immediately and will exchange within 2 days of receiving your item.

 

Return Delivery Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return delivery costs.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g. size exchange), the customer will cover delivery charges.
